Had an appt window of 1 -3pm, office staff called to tell me the service person was on the way...nice! My service person, Troy, was very professional acting and looking, explained what he did and why, and went over what my contact covers. I am a first time customer and I am very pleased. I am very glad that I found John Warlters, Inc. more

They have always come when I was down 5/13/2016

I have been with John Waters now for several years and they have never failed to help me when I have a problem. The furnace is high tech and I have never had big problems with it. My service man is John Abell and he is the best yet. He's always on time or if he can't come, he will call. more

Not just good, but good every time 5/3/2016

I first called John Waters after the service manager at my existing HVAC company planted a dead mouse in my 5-year-old furnace while doing a regular checkup, then tried to convince me the entire system needed to be replaced. We've had six regular checkups since then, and every tech who's come out has been knowledgeable, willing to explain, and honest. I expected good service from John Waters based on the reviews I saw, but it's pretty rare when every single service person you encounter is equally good. I'd recommend Waters to anyone. more

Another Excellent experience 5/2/2016

On time arrival of technician. He performed a very thorough check and discovered a low freon problem. The technician presented me with a clear explanation of the potential causes and provided three alternatives to correct it. After completing the selected service the A/C unit is operating like new. more
