I first called John Waters after the service manager at my existing HVAC company planted a dead mouse in my 5-year-old furnace while doing a regular checkup, then tried to convince me the entire system needed to be replaced.
We've had six regular checkups since then, and every tech who's come out has been knowledgeable, willing to explain, and honest. I expected good service from John Waters based on the reviews I saw, but it's pretty rare when every single service person you encounter is equally good. I'd recommend Waters to anyone.
