AC cleaning and inspection 8/25/2016

I was very pleased with John's professionalism. He wore covers over his shoes as he came inside my house to protect my carpet. He inspected and cleaned my AC. He was polite and efficient. He tested the AC temperature, inspected the unit and cleaned the coils. He then explained to me why it was important to keep it clean. He was also considerate, kind, and polite around my children. Thank you! We will definitely use you all again!! more

Praises to sales & install service 8/8/2016

Sales spent time to review options, explain advantages, answer questions. Install father/son team was courteous, very neat and stayed 'til the job was finished- 10+ hours. Excellent workmanship! And, they helped with renaming of my wife's lyon. Awesome! more

Friendly Steve acknowledged my 2 little attention-starved mutts and proceeded to efficiently care for my hvac, inside and outside: changed my filter, ran all his little tests and reported all is well! Love having a contract with John Waters Inc. more

I got a call when the service technician at John Waters, Inc. was to arrive at my daughter's condominium which I thought optimized good service. When he arrived he looked at the AC system and told me what the trouble was. It was as simple as that, I was happy with the job they did. more
