Awoke to a nonworking furnace at 5am Saturday with a home full of company. Since I am a "preferred" customer, smartest thing I have done, the 24 hour customer phone cal was made--left VM. The 24 hour hotline said "Allow one hour for call back." I received a phone call from Troy within 5-7 minutes, who told me the distance he was driving as to give me an ETA. He arrived as he told me.
The long and short of it--new furnace motor on a Saturday, not covered by warranty, but since I am a preferred customer--discount and all is well and WARM!
