Technician representative arrived on time, per scheduled appointment. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Answered all our questions. Careful not to track any dirt into the house; much appreciated. Completed service in a timely manner. Office staff is very efficient & polite. VERY pleased with John Waters, Inc. Highly recommend them. We have been a customer since 2012. more

As always, the Service Technician (Troy) not only did a thorough inspection of our unit but then took the time to go over all of the detailed readings with us on the condition of unit. Very professional and honest about what to expect based on system's age. more

Troy serviced my a/c unit today for when ever warmer weather gets here. Today April Fool's Day. Have enjoyed the yearly package and the service as had compressor problems, air line leaks in the vents last year. 5 star. I had a friend knock on my door just before my appointment and thought you might be early but told him how much I was glad to have this company doing my work.. more

Arrived on time. Called ahead to say that there were traffic problems 3/29/2016

Serviced the generator, warned us to turn off computers before a check - was courteous. Checked to be sure we had power before he left. Couldn't check A/C; will reschedule a visit. Customer care/service is KING. I am happy. more
