Boiler Annual Maintenance 10/25/2016

Troy and Ben were prompt, courteous and took care to keep my house clean. The clearly explained what they were doing, and the condition of specific components of my hydrologic system. My only slight issue is, and I mentioned but didn't ask them to, bleed my radiators....shouldn't that be an expectation for annual maintenance? more

We have an annual maintenance contract for our furnace and air conditioner. We have been dealing with John Waters, Inc. for the past 4 years and have always received the best service. Their office staff are always courteous and helpful. We have always had the best service technicians, too. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and provide excellent service. Our most recent maintenance service was completed by John Abell. He was great!!! Thanks, John! more

Arrived early. Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. They came to my home and tuned up my new furnace, making sure it's good to go for winter. While here, they fixed a small gas leak that was found from a pre-existing pipe and they corrected the thermostat wiring, that I had wired wrong. Very satisfied with the service, highly recommend. more

Have been dealing with John Waters since they installed a new furnace in January 2010. We have a yearly maintenance contract to service the furnace and air conditioner. The quality of work is excellent. Our serviceman John Abell is the best!! more
