I have nothing but good to say about John Abell and his partner, Ben. They responded very quickly, they diagnosed the problem, kept me informed, AND they let me know my options with pressure. I trust John Waters, so I knew when John told me the best route, it was going to be sufficient and not overkill. They fixed my problem, the price was reasonable, and they were extremely easy to work with. Of course, will call again. more

Incredible service and professionalism 6/27/2016

We purchased a new Bryant A/C 2/25/15 replacing the old Trane. We were pleased with the price and install. In April of 016 we experienced problems with cooling and humidity. They sent service Tech. Troy Baumgartner, who replaced a valve. As this did not address the problem he tested and did about every adjustment he could before determining that a new A-coil would be the answer, this was over a period of a couple of weeks and many hours of Troy's diligent hard work. Still wasn't right, and the owner and Bryant area rep and Troy met with us, ultimately changed the blower fan speed, which helped but the problem persisted. They replaced the outside unit. We have recommended them to several people and will continue to. Thier incredible service and professionalism is all to rare in today's world, sadly. more

Always updates me on where our different units are (all different ages)...discusses what units need done based on our usage (meaning which zones can wait and which ones to be watching). Have been using John Waters, Inc. for twenty plus years - EXCELLENT SERVICE and response time. more
