In regards to my experience with John Moore Services, they fixed the problem at hand and then noted a larger issue that was even more dangerous, which they fixed on-site as well. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and put great care and quality into our issue. Very impressed 10/16/2014

I've hired John Moore Services for a couple of jobs now and was really happy with the outcome of both. One was relatively small and easy - putting a drip pan beneath a hot water heater. The other was gigantic and heinous - leaking pipes beneath my foundation, which took 2 or 3 days to completely repair. In both cases, the technicians were great to work with and extremely patient and thorough. For the latter job in particular, I was very impressed. They had to go through my garage floor, dig out a mound of dirt and store it in the driveway until the job was done, fix the multiple leaks, then back fill all of the dirt and cement in the hole in the garage floor. When they were done, I honestly couldn't tell that anything had been out of sorts. They left the place exactly as they found it; no small task considering the size and nature of the job. more

Real Pro's 10/10/2014

Awesome! Thorough, honest, polite and professional. Had them upgrade service in my house to 200 amp after 60 year old overloaded 100 amp service blew out. They replaced panel, breakers, shutoff/meter box, ground system, weather head, eyebolt at the eve, etc, etc. They did an excellent job at a competitive price. Their office staff followed up with a phone call to make sure everything had gone well. They thought of everything and I was glad I'd hired real professionals. Thanks John Moore Services more

Truly thankful 10/9/2014

I just can not speak highly enough for John Moore Services and everything they have done for me and my family. I called them for an inspection for bed bugs, mice, and cockroaches . The tech was extremely knowledgable, compassionate and dedicated. He made sure to absolutely take care of all of our pest problems and put my mind at ease. Being 8 months pregnant, I was extremely worried to discover all of the pests, but he got to the bottom of it by discovering exactly where the problem was coming from (neighbors). He was available day and night for when I had questions. It is so rare to receive this kind of service, and I am truly thankful. more

Hired john Moore Services to install a new AC unit to replace an older unit. The service technician was very knowledgeable and all work was done in a professional manner. The freon was over charged the first go around but someone came out to fix at no cost.\r \r We also have the spring/fall AC maintenance contract on our units and they work fine. \r \r I would definitely recommend them to anyone. more

John Moore Services does superb work. The job they did for us was massive. It involved having all of the pluming redone in the house and installing a new boiler along with all new radiant. The job was done perfect. more

Was very pleased with john moore services. They were knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. We hired them to install a few fixtures and in the process they identified and repaired other small issues that we were initially unaware of. Will definitely use them again. more

Thumbs up 9/22/2014

On a Tuesday, our air goes out. I called another company we've used before, but they told me they couldn't come out until Friday!!!! So, I go online and find John Moore Services. The tech came, had the part in his van, installed it, and our air was up and running within the hour. Our unit is about 14 years old and probably needs replacing later this year, and I am definitely calling them at that time.\r \r Would WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend their service to everyone, more

THe tech showed up exactly at 11 (which was my appt time), figured out what was wrong, had the part in his van, installed it, and our air was up and running within the hour. Great for new homeowners 9/15/2014

John Moore Services is quick, responsive, and everyone I've spoken with was as nice as can be. As a new-ish homeowner, they walked me through everything and I found them so nice to work with and they did a great job. (The technician also showed up within the scheduled window- always a bonus for me!) I had a shower with a faulty lever and cartridge, and he fixed it in under an hour for a reasonable price. more

They were a little late to out house but we called at 5 pm so i'm shocked they came at all. The tech fixed our ac up quickly and charged a fair amount. We are totally satisfied and will use again. more

We had a major ac issue over the weekend. I didn't know who to call or what to do. I'm so glad my neighbor told me about John Moore Services. It took some time but a tech was able to fix us up so we only suffered for a day vrs all weekend. The tech was very nice and went out of his way to explain what he was going to do. W will use them again for sure. more
