SO -- I had an a/c unit installed two years ago by a so-called reputable long-in-business company, and it didn't work as well as it should have. After four service calls, all under warranty, and a couple of repairs ""that will fix it,"" I finally called John Moore, and I called John Moore because I had a neighbor who himself was an a/c guy that needed something done through his insurance, and because he didn't want insurance company questions, he called a competitor. A really good technician came out, and right away figured out that the installation was basically wrong. John Walker -- ask for him !!! Not only does he look like an accountant, clean and starched, but he has 15 years' experience, is patient, communicates fabulously, and looks at everything, checks everything. AND he was on time on SATURDAY !! My a/c works -- finally.
