Actually received service from one technician and a quotation from another technician from John Moore. Both gentlemen were very neat, friendly and showed respect for myself and everyone else in my home, including our Rottweiler ""Mini"" (LOL!). The first gentleman was able to clean my carpet the best he could, long time being. Under the circumstances it was a 100% job to me. Things are better. \r The second gentleman was about to give me a quotation on some plumbing, actually replacing my kitchen faucet. Unfortunately, by this time finances were low so we had to pass for the time being. I would definitely refer John Moore to anyone. I especially like the free quotations! At least you know what you are looking at! Thank you John Moore! Bob more

Very pleased with the service I received from John Moore Services. Cory was the technician sent to diagnose a plumbing problem associated with my washer. He was very helpful throughout the process and had the problem solved in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable rate. I would definitely use John Moore Services again and would recommend them to family and friends. more

We had an issue with washing machine and utility room toilet refusing to pump out water and flush at the same time. Stewart came to our rescue. This was the first time I had used John Moore Services (my brother recommended John Moore). We held our breathes waiting for the final verdict - the cost of a plumber working in our home. Amazed at how reasonable the cost was, appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of Stewart, and will use John Moore in the future and recommend the company to friends and relatives. more

Very satisfied. We used John Moore to replumb the entire house. They did an excellent job.\r We also had a separate toilet issue where the repair did not quit work. John Moore stood behind the warranty and covered all restoration. They do the job with friendly people, keep the customer informed throught the entire process. They don't screw you around. Their technician, Vincent Hicks was very professional, and very knowledgeable about his products and services. He arrived on time, was informative, and courteous as he did his job. I called for a heat furnace inspection. The called prior to coming and arrived on time. He extra measures keeping the carpet from getting dirty by wearing shoe covers as well as placing a drape down to catch any falling insulation from the attic. He appeared knowledgable and the inspection seemed thorough. Best of all the price was less than expected! more

JM plumbing came out to deal with my water heater not sustaining hot water. He suggested that I need a new water heater as I personally have replaced all components. After talking with him we came to the conclusion that bit could be my electrical box. He set me up with a referral for their electrician to comeout and look . Thumbs up for honesty and integrity more

I had a very nice christian J.M. serviceman to look at my water heater issue. It is a complicated in order to pull it out a wall needs to be cut open in the next room and to pull it and and replace with a new water heater then replace the wall area with a panel. \r \r He was very professional and J.M. We had to have our oven replaced and it was covered under a Home Warranty. However, as it turns out we could not have it hooked up because the original was gas and the new was electric. I called John Moore Services and immediately received wonderful service. A person came out the next day and unfortunately we had to have our whole box replaced but you guys worked with us and we were able to get it done. I was very worried about having my oven for Christmas but the gentleman came out Monday and completed the entire job all by himself. And it was no easy job. He was polite, very friendly and informative. He truly was a blessing. And I had my oven for Christmas Eve day so I could bake my pies and then Christmas dinner. I was more than pleased. I was also very impressed with the electrician and also the other gentleman who came out and inspected the breaker box. I also enjoyed the customer service I received over the phone also. I felt like I mattered and truly am thankful for how I was treated with respect and friendliness. I would definitely recommend John Moore and will use them in the future. more
