THe tech showed up exactly at 11 (which was my appt time), figured out what was wrong, had the part in his van, installed it, and our air was up and running within the hour. He also showed us a few things that we already knew needed to be replaced and planned on doing so later this year, and I am definitely calling them at that time.\r
