Review content:
We had to have our oven replaced and it was covered under a Home Warranty. However, as it turns out we could not have it hooked up because the original was gas and the new was electric. I called John Moore Services and immediately received wonderful service. A person came out the next day and unfortunately we had to have our whole box replaced but you guys worked with us and we were able to get it done. I was very worried about having my oven for Christmas but the gentleman came out Monday and completed the entire job all by himself. And it was no easy job. He was polite, very friendly and informative. He truly was a blessing. And I had my oven for Christmas Eve day so I could bake my pies and then Christmas dinner. I was more than pleased. I was also very impressed with the electrician and also the other gentleman who came out and inspected the breaker box. I also enjoyed the customer service I received over the phone also. I felt like I mattered and truly am thankful for how I was treated with respect and friendliness. I would definitely recommend John Moore and will use them in the future.
