We had problems with our bathroom toilet. Knowing our house is over 60years old and having foundation issues we were concerned about getting a repair that would lead to bigger and expensive issues. The John Moore rep who set the appointment was highly courteous and helpful. The service person called ahead to confirm arrival. He was professional yet friendly. He did a free estimate and explained the issues and gave several options. He returned the next day and it was quite a job! Even with the need to unclog drains outside in the bad weather (always being sure to put on footies upon entry) all was done at the highest standards. He solved our issues and we are highly satisfied. Thinking about the price and the hours spent and quality of the work it was an excellent value. We would highly recommend. more

Very disappointed. Called almost a week ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Was given a four hour window between 2pm and 6pm. At 7pm I finally gave up. No service that day. Will call another company and will not be using John Moore services for anything. more

Very pleased with the plumber who came out from John Moore. He called ahead and was actually out early (another company wasn't going to be able to come out for several days). Glad he did as we had a water leak that was hard to find. The plumber did find the problem, stopped the leak, and showed me the cause and how to prevent the problem in the future. Very professional. Money well spent as I would not have found the problem. more

I was concerned about a leak I heard in my wall. On April 1, 2015 service tech M. Friedrich arrived. He was very knowledgeable in his job and he provided me with great service. Mr. Friedrich also informed me of potiental plumbing problems that may occurr. Mr. Friedrich prove to me he is a great asset on the John Moore team. I was having issues with my a/c. I had not used it all winter the first warm day in spring I switched on the a/c but it would not turn on. \r I call john Moore late in the day. They set up an appointment to come out the very next day. The customer service person was very helpful. The service guy that came out was very nice and knowledgable. He found the issue with my a/c not turning on. He also gave me options for other issues that I had with my a/c unit. They made me feel important as a customer and I also learned a lot about my a/c unit, because the service man took the time to explain how everything works. more

I had a stoppage in a floor drain on my patio. I called John Moore after seeing their add on TV. The tech called and said he was on the way and actually showed up an hour ahead of schedule. The tech was neatly dressed and showed me what caused my problem while he fixed it. He cleaned up the work site and the charge was exactly what was advertised. I give them 2 thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

John Moore repaired a broken sewer line from my home to the city line as a cost of over $3000. I repeated expressed concern over the electric lines, gas lines and sprinkler lines running through the area. I was assured that no lines would be cut. The day after the repair I had scheduled a sprinkler service to turn on my sprinkler system. When they came out the sprinkler system wouldn't work. After finally determining that the electrical line had been cut they repaired it. John Moore refused to pay the fee for the repair. more
