Very poor communication. 11/29/2016

I was told on the phone a charge of $49 would be made for the tech to come to the house. I agreed, when the repair was made the bill was over $267. A charge of $199 was charged to diagnose the problem. The techs were hear for less than 10 minutes, and no parts were needed to repair the unit. I will never use Jameson again nor will I recommend them to anyone, in fact I will do just the opposite. more
