First time I've used this company. Wasn't happy with previous service provider. Called and was scheduled within a few hours. Specified that I needed someone knowledgeable in Geothermal heat. It was apparent immediately that Jeff the tech had a good working knowledge of the system and identified the problem. A follow up repair visit is scheduled, but I'm confident that I have the right guy....thnx.
