Rob Z of Hoekstra HVAC was here today to test my Lennox furnace for the winter season. Mr Z did a complete electrical and mechanical check of the equipment. Mr Z tested the sensors (flame) and other safety circuits to assure that they were working properly. Mr Z ran the unit and it returned a 75+ degree temperature rise. Mr Z reviewed all circuit panel codes and cleared outdated codes. Mr Z then cleaned both the interior and the exterior of the unit. Mr Z was very professional in all his activities and even took time to answer my many questions completely. I have a high regard for Mr Z’s work and great confidence that my furnace will work properly this winter season. I will request from Hoekstra Mr Z ‘s services in future for the AC system checks. more

Annual Furnace Service and Maintainance 9/28/2018

Tim was punctual, efficient and gave excellent advice to maintain the furnace so that we have heat for the coming winter. His personal and individual attention is one the reasons why we have been a customer of Hoekstra for many years. more

Feedback 9/25/2018

Ernesto was at another job when we called to schedule a maintenance appointment. Since he was within 30 miles of us he said he would be right over to take care of it. We can always depend on Hoekstra for service. They're prompt and efficient. Ernesto told us what he was going to do and even renewed our maintenance agreement. He told us he was one of the original installers of our heating and air unit, which was about 5 years ago. It's nice to know Hoekstra treats their employees well so they want to stay. Thank you, Ernesto! more

RobZ Hoeksta Heating did their annual Cleaning of my Furnace and RobZ did an excellent job cleaning the furnace and found a problem with one of the burners. I would recommend Hoeksta because they do a thorough job every time. more

Fall HVAC Service 8/31/2018

Rob and Hoekstra did a great job performing my annual furnace HVAC service. Checked the furnace and made recommendations as well as replaced my humidifier pad. Rob has been to our home before and is an excellent technician. more

Great service - quite and clean 8/31/2018

Hoekstra HVAC (Eduardo, Daniel and Jonah) replaced my AC and furnace on less than 48 hour notice. I work from home and had zero interruptions from the crew replacing the unit. When they left, you could not tell any work was done - everything was as clean as when they started. They walked through the functionality of the new thermostat and systems. I highly recommend Hoekstra and the crew they sent out. more

The service technician was good. He got our air conditioner working again. He explained what was done and advised us some preventative maintenance for the future. The appointment was within the time frame scheduled. I gave it four stars because I had to wait a day for service when it was 90 degrees outside, but I do understand that most break downs are in the heat of the summer. more

Jeff H did the annual maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner. Jeff is very efficient, courteous and answers all questions. He called ahead of time when he was enroute. Jeff also suggested that the batteries on our temperature control be changed and did so for us. I would recommend Jeff H highly and am very satisfied with Hoekstra's customer service. more

Salvador is a very good tech from several perspectives. He is competent in his technical skills and know-how. Equally important he is a very pleasant and respectful individual that goes about his work without being disruptive and interfaces with his customers at a level we would hope all service people would.
