The service technician was good. He got our air conditioner working again. He explained what was done and advised us some preventative maintenance for the future. The appointment was within the time frame scheduled.
I gave it four stars because I had to wait a day for service when it was 90 degrees outside, but I do understand that most break downs are in the heat of the summer.
