Furnace Inspection 10/28/2017

Matt did an excellent job, taking all the time needed to perform the annual inspection/cleaning of my furnace. He explained everything including some next steps, and was very friendly and professional. His "sunny" personality will help him in whatever he chooses to do in life. more

Recently we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Hoekstra. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The workers were so polite and professional throughout the install. I wouldn't hesitate on referring them to anyone. Too bad more companies weren't like them. more

My service person was polite, efficient, and very helpful. He made sure I understood problems, and gave me helpful advice. I've been very pleased with Hoekstra, and this service was great as usual. I found him easy to talk with, efficient, friendly, and I would definitely ask him to do this work for me again. more
