AC installment 8/2/2018

Jonah was humble, respectful and focused on the job. Unlike young boys, Jonah did not pick up his phone to chat until he completed the job and left my house. He also cleaned up every part of work area and gave me detailed information on the new AC. Good job Jonah. Keep it up. more

Great Service Call 7/1/2018

Our residence had an issue with the A/C that the fan will continue to run and not cool on the thermostat set temperature. Jeff did an excellent job on diagnosing and identifying A/C was leaking coolant. He added coolant and a dye that will identify the leak. He said the dye potentially locate the souce of the leak but hopefully the coolant is retained and won't have to make another call. He provided valuable information to have ouselves check the A.C. unit. in a couple of weeks. The work is covered under the warranty and within hours the house temperature dropped to comfortable tempetature conditions. I recommend Jeff's service for a very good job. more

Jeff hayley emergency call 6/30/2018

HE returned my call promptly, stating he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Jeff was pleasant, found the problem quickly, and checked the system to make sure everything was working correctly. Overall- knowledgable, took time to explain the difficulty, and what it would cost. Great technician! Will call Hoekstra for any other HVAC needs! more

Wonderful service! 6/16/2018

I called with an air conditioning problem and left a message with the tech on call. Chris called back within 10 minutes. He arrived shortly thereafter. Ran some tests etc. Found the problem and fixed it right away. Chris was polite, friendly, and very businesslike, as well as being considerate of my property and peace of mind. He was the perfect technician, in my opinion. more

Hoekstra sent Jeff H on a Saturday afternoon with very short notice. He did a thorough job checking out my AC to make sure there was no problem that would cause me to have multiple circuit breaker issues. He spent the time explaining the importance of periodic maintenance and I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to have the unit cleaned. more
