which one is hardest? 2/19/2020

I don't understand your testing me as a real human. What should I do toilet you know how pleased I was with the fine workman you dispatched to my desperate call for heat at my home. I am an 85 year old lady and don't do very well on this new "fast track" computer age. I think I willnuse my home phone to try to talk with another human. thanks, OLGA P.S. The price was fair and the problem with my furnace taken care with excellent service. more

Hoekstra Furnace Replacement - Great planning and Great Execution 12/6/2019

Hoekstra HVAC was recommended by our friend, Miles at Costco, Orland Park, IL. The engineer who came out to review our situation, David Heffron, was top notch. He assessed our circumstances, made a few recommendations, and helped us choose a system that would work for us. The installation people who showed up, Salvador Corona and Eduardo G., as well as two others got right to work. Thye put down heavy drop cloths and discussed the stages of the work. They made a couple of critical decisions along the way, and their advice was spot on. It is now a day later. the heat flow and quietness of this system are astounding. The neatness of the installation was perfect. Finally, the clean up when the work was done, and the review of the paperwork, rebates, etc was very good. Top notch professionalism the whole way. I will recommend Hoekstra everywhere. more

I had the pleasure of working with Hoekstra via Costco. My A/C needed to be replaced and the team was easy to work with. Jacque was great at coordinating the schedule, Brian was very thorough and upfront throughout the sales process, and Victor & Chris were extremely professional and dedicated - spending over 12 hours to make sure everything was installed right! more

Great experience with Tyler T and Hoekstra Htg & Clg 7/9/2019

Called Hoekstra when I had a problem with my AC. Technician was scheduled that same day and Tyler arrived on time and ready to work. Tyler was very neat and exceptionally helpful. He explained everything he was doing clearly and succinctly and offered quotes on all repairs that were needed. This was one of the best service calls I've ever experienced. Thanks Tyler more

I had an issue with my air conditioner, hard to figure out problem; they were able to solve and fix the issue right away. I found my technician to be knowledgable and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs. more

Extremely Satisfied With Hoekstra HVAC! 7/3/2019

We are extremely satisfied with the services and the work that was performed by Hoekstra HVAC. We recently had our entire furnace and air conditioning system upgraded with a 95% efficiency two-stage furnace with variable speed fan, 13 seer air conditioner, whole home MERV 10 air filtration, and whole home humidifier as well. The installation crew, Salvador Corona, Jonah Johnston, and John Hall could not have been more professional! Their installation skills are truly top notch and they all did a terrific job! Best of all, they were extremely clean and courteous while working inside and out of our home. Once again, we are extremely satisfied with all of the staff at Hoekstra including sales representative Scott Swan and Jacqueline at the office! Thanks again for doing a a terrific job for our family! We will not hesitate to recommend Hoekstra in the future! more
