Ernesto was at another job when we called to schedule a maintenance appointment. Since he was within 30 miles of us he said he would be right over to take care of it. We can always depend on Hoekstra for service. They're prompt and efficient. Ernesto told us what he was going to do and even renewed our maintenance agreement. He told us he was one of the original installers of our heating and air unit, which was about 5 years ago. It's nice to know Hoekstra treats their employees well so they want to stay.
