Our Service Pro Rob Z was extremely professional. He discovered an issue, analyzed it and resolved it immediately! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and respectful of our property, cleaning up the furnace and area after servicing it. Overall, provided excellent service! Damper Installation 11/15/2017

Employee came to change out damper on Lennox Harmony III system. Installer was not familiar with system and struggled troubleshooting do to lack of experience on system. After several hours of troubleshooting it was determined that a bad damper zone on the circuit board was the second problem. Switched to another zone on the board and everything worked. Company should send technician who diagnosed the issue with employee who fixed it. more

After living with unbalanced heat and air conditioning, Jeff H. figured out that some dampers were controlled by a thermostat on another floor. He took the time going up and down our stairs numerous times to adjust the system. It is working great now. He is a Wizard!! Hats off to Hoekstra for allowing and providing the training and a technician who listens to the problem, takes the time to review the system and Solves the Issue. You need to call Hoekstra!!! more
