I would like to commend Hoekstra and specifically HVAC Technician John Hall for servicing our home. The service provided was exceptional. As a representative for Hoekstra, I cannot stress how happy my wife and I feel to have had John as our technician. He represents the company as a true professional and not just as a service technician who has arrived to a home to just get the job done. John like the former VP of Hoekstra, Dave, whom I understand just retired several weeks ago and was the person who sold us our Two heating and cooling systems five years ago were true professionals. I was satisfied then and continue to be more than satisfied now. John was diligent, in his work, ensuring that the furnaces that we had serviced were immaculate when he left our home. He had all of the tools he needed on hand to do the jobs necessary and located and replaced some equipment that he identified to be faulty and were not operating properly. I would not have known they were not operating correctly. All of the replaced parts were covered under our equipment warranty.
I cannot stress how pleased that Hoekstra is our preferred vendor for support for our heating and air conditioning needs. The work is reasonably priced given the amount of time spent at our home (it took two visits in order to wait for some parts that had to be ordered) at no extra cost to us. Both visits were done by John who came into our home with proper COVID mask and booties to keep our floors and rugs clean. Some service providers come with neither, All areas worked on were left cleaner than prior to John's arrival. John was courteous and made me feel that my home was the most important job that he had on both days of his service. The service provided was one which I believe that all older generation customers feel have been left by the wayside, but I certainly commend Hoekstra for their company and employees. By the way I must mention that John was also former military. Thank you for your service John. 5 stars
