I called in the evening on Saturday after hours and received a prompt call back within 10 minutes. I explained the problem and tech offered to come then (it was already after 9 pm). It was decided that the next morning would be okay and I received a prompt call around 8 am and the tech (Tim H) arrived shortly thereafter.
After review of the furnace, it was determined the circuit board was bad (it had been replaced in the summer during maintenance). After a short trip to retrieve a new board, it was replaced and we now have heat. Tim was professional, prompt and easy to work with. Thank you!
