Jamie is absolutely AWESOME! She is very aware of how important it is to take clients on time in downtown Honolulu. She's always taken me on time, if not a few minutes earlier. I used to go to another woman at Heaven on Earth in downtown, but after she made me wait 30 minutes (THREE times!), I decided to change beauticians. There's a reason why customers make an APPOINTMENT. It's rude and very disrespectful if someone fails to keep an appointment with you. Jamie values your time, unlike the other woman who used to wax my eyebrows. She's also more consistent with her shaping techniques and follows your nature shape rather than create her own designs. more

Cute haircut! 10/26/2011

I called at 11:30am and they were able to see me right away. It was fantastic! Works well for people who get haircuts on whims! Ronnie cut my hair - she did a wonderful job and made the time there delightful. She cared about how the cut turned out and took time to make sure she did it well. I'll definitely be going back! more

it was great! finally made time to give myself a treat. it was worth it. the foot massage with the pedicure was incredible and the same with the manicure, not only my hands but my arms felt great after. looking forward to going back for that again, and also for some other treats to myself. more

A day of being pampered 10/19/2011

Totally enjoyed the massage, facial, pedi and manicures. The staff was polite, engaging and made you feel that you were the most important person. The results of the services have been great and there will be a return by me soon. Mahalo to all of you, which also includes the support and clerical staff. more

I'm on vacation and decided to kill a few hours and treat myself to a facial and massage. WARNING: Prepare your muscle tissue for a massage that will rock your world!! I have received numerous massages; however, this massage was hands down the BEST deep tissue massage (without all the pain) I've ever have. Even my feet got to experience a slice of heaven. As for the facial, I'm religious about them. No matter what type of facial, I'm a sticker for extractions. EVERYONE has a blemish that requires attention. This didn't happen (boo-hoo)--although I left with a glow, refreshed, and relaxed.Mission accomplished! more

Experience 10/11/2011

Me and my boyfriend recived the fit for a queen and king package. Massage was great! As well as the facial, a little messy w/ the facial got alot of the stuff in my nose, etc. Was disappointed to not be informed of the military discount you offer. Over heard someone else speaking of it while making the appointment. And when I asked the clerk already took my payment so she said it was too late. So I feel like special offers or discounts need to be known either when making appointment ot before checking out. more

it was alright 10/10/2011

My massage was okay...signed up for an 80 min massage but it took the therapist at least 10 minutes before she came to get me. Instead of extending the massage longer to make up for the time, she ended when we were suppose to, which I meant my massage was actually 60 min. We also had the room downstairs next to the pedicure station so it was kinda loud. And I don't know why but the room shakes now and then like there's a little earthquake! Maybe because we're under the street, but it's definitely distracting. The massage itself was alright but I didnt feel totally relaxed or that I got my money's worth when I left. more

My daughter and I went last Friday and had a lovely aromatherapy facial and ultimate body massage. Service was very good and atmosphere was so relaxing. Only downside was the downtown parking and no validation. more

My massage therapist was AWESOME! She knew exactly where I needed the deep tissue massage and I just really felt pampered throughout the experience. Thank you for allowing my sister-in-law to have a wonderful experience as well, it was her birthday. ;-) more
