Nadine and Michi are excellent at what they do and most importantly, they care and enjoy their job. I have been going to Nadine for a few years and her performance have been consistent. I came in with four friends who had never been before, we all needed a relaxing day away from our military jobs. We had a great experience and all said they would love to return with their husbands for the couples massage. We loved the massages, the area, and the staff. The only negative was when we arrived they were out of lockers and we had to change in the massage room. Not a big incontinence for a great relaxing day. more

If you need wax services Teri is the person you need to go with. She does my manzilian, eyebrows, and maintenance in other areas on a regular basis and always does a great job. I also got a men's haircut with Susan and was VERY pleased with the results. If you want a style cut then she is the person to go with! more

At the last minute I came in the other week to get a massage to get some terrible knots in my back worked out. Best thing I could have done! My massage was amazing and I felt 10 times better than I did when I had first walked in the door. This is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to Heaven on Earth, because I know the level and quality of the services that I will receive will be amazing and exceeds my expectations. From the front desk services to the all the spa/salon service providers, everyone is friendly and makes the customer feel welcome and relaxed.I find a sense of trust and relief knowing that I am in excellent hands when I come to Heaven on Earth, it really is heaven on Earth. Your high standards for exeptional service makes a HUGE difference. Thank you! more

My company treated three of us ladies to the Heavenly Day at the Spa Package (massage, facial, mani, pedi combo)...for the most part it was really good. However, I really didn't like the idea of having a facial first then the massage. Who wants to get a facial that cleans their pores then begin a massage face down? Not ideal. Also, I happened to have the massage room with the worst acoustics. I could hear the cars driving in the parking garage above (the spa is in the basement of the garage). It certainly took away from the ambiance. I must say that the esthetician and massage therapist were well trained and good. I've had better, but they were good. Lastly, we had our pedicures, then our manicures. The three of us could get our pedicured together in the same area, then I got separated from the other two ladies because they don't have an area where we could all get manis next to each other...so my manicure was a silly little table in the hallway. LAME. The manicurist was really good though...my nails lasted a long time. I can't say the same for the other ladies though...their polish came off within a week. It seems that their manicurist didn't file their nails properly to get the top coat to stay. So, in all, I have to rate them with three stars. There were too many negatives to rate them beyond average. I expected more. more

It was such a pleasure meeting Terri Goo. She made me feel very comfortable. I liked that she took her time with my brow & lip wax. Since my visit with Terri, I have received numerous compliments on my brows. I have referred several friends to see her for their brows. I will definitely be returning to see her. Thank you! I would not return for another eye brow wax. She prefered I sit up, which was not relaxing. Her bed was dirty with other peoples hair, wax station very dirty. Sink area with all her personal stuff. The entire 15 mins was a conversation of her trying to sell me something. Actual brow was was good but I would not go back. There are many other spas I would rather go more

Unfortunately, I went in for a simple lip wax and came out with a severe burn on my lip. It's been two days and the burn has started to scab over. I'm very disappointed with this waxing experience. more

I had a spa pedi with Jackie. She did a fabulous job, and when she noticed a smudge on one toe nail, she took off the paint and repainted it. I was impressed with that! more
