Jamie is absolutely AWESOME! She is very aware of how important it is to take clients on time in downtown Honolulu. She's always taken me on time, if not a few minutes earlier. I used to go to another woman at Heaven on Earth in downtown, but after she made me wait 30 minutes (THREE times!), I decided to change beauticians. There's a reason why customers make an APPOINTMENT. It's rude and very disrespectful if someone fails to keep an appointment with you. Jamie values your time, unlike the other woman who used to wax my eyebrows. She's also more consistent with her shaping techniques and follows your nature shape rather than create her own designs.
