Facial by Nadine was wonderful and she applied just the right amount of pressure. I was not sure which facial to select, and she recommended that I switch to the Heavenly Deluxe. Regarding parking, I was quoted by the receptionist,$1 per hour at Alii Place. However, my facial and pedicure plus the time it took to walk back took a little over 3-1/2 hours. I was charged $9. So a half star off for that. more

Rebeckah is Amazing 8/10/2011

This salon is chic and amazing and soothing. Rebeckah is amazing. I've searched this island for someone who understands delicate, sun-kissed, natural-looking blonde highlights and she's the one. Her haircut is perfect everytime and she really understands how to get the best hair possible. more

Heaven on Earth indeed! 8/8/2011

Got the ultimate full body massage and it was delightful. My therapist Jean-Pierre was friendly as well as an extraordinary masseuse and made me feel very comfortable. I just wish there was parking and that there was more than 1 shower to rinse off but otherwise, the massage and service itself. Excellent and they sometimes have really great specials! more

The experience was great very well needed. My massage was great done by Jenn and my facial was great also done by Jasmine. I would highly reccomend both of them and would also recommend Heaven on Earth to anyone. Mahalo! more

Seclusion with more privacy please 8/2/2011

This Spa offers services that are reasonably priced in what appears to be a secluded environment. You find some rooms too close together where relaxation is not possible while conversation in the room on the other side of the wall distracts the experience. Also, after a wonderful massage I prefer to have some quiet time to relax, extending the experience but an area for that purpose is not provided unless no one else is offered any service as the area is shared and you are not allowed the privacy while dressed in just a robe among not just other women but men also waiting to undress to prep for their own treatment. I've been a patron of this location for a few years with my favorite technicians of choice becoming unavailable as time went on. New ones tried are okay & the special promotions offered is priced for an interest to return. more

color and cut 8/1/2011

I had Eric who was extremely nice and very good with my hair. He made me feel really comfortable. I have a lot of hair and most people tend to make remarks to which in turn sound like complaining when they have to blow dry and style. I've visited heaven on earth for different services and each time has always given me a great sense of relaxation. Might I make just one suggestion....I am fairly healthy and the robes that are provided are too small. I would like it a little bigger to fit comfortably. Thank you. more

I had the 80 minute heavenly deluxe facial. I often get facials, but this was my first one at Heaven on Earth. It wasn't bad. Would I go again?...I might. I always go with my good friend, who unfortunately has bad experiences yet she still goes with me. Since I had booked the 80-minute facial, I was expecting a little more than 50 minutes. I started and ended at exactly 60 minutes. The other 10 minutes was talking about how my skin was. Makes me wonder how long the 50 minute facial really is?..... more

Love my new haircut by Eric! He completed the haircut in record time, too! Especially great since hubby and son were waiting for me! Only negative was that I was a little surprised that there was like almost no conversation at all (no "so what do you do?" or anything like that). It means more that the cut was fast and I really like it. Will definitely book another appointment with Eric! more

This was my 4th time to Heaven on Earth and I called at the last minute on a Saturday. They were able to fit me in for a full highlight. Ronnie did my hair and it looked great. She was very friendly and it was great to have someone who understood blonde hair doing my highlights. I look forward to coming back. more
