Amazing Service! 2/23/2014

I do agree that this dealer offers the most friendly service. I'd like to hear more professional conversations going on in the heart of this office! In other words, I'd like to see this dealer get filled with more people. I like how easy the process was and how supportive the reps were in assessing their customers' needs. No incentives needed for me on this review. I did it honestly!!! :-) more

New Tires for the win 2/22/2014

My Focus ST came with Summer Only tires, which is fine if I want to race around and skid all over the place. They're not so fine for our rainy climate. I did my research, and found the tires I wanted at another retailer. When I asked the tech at Harris Ford about matching their price, not only did the tech validate my tire choice, but was happy to match the other retailer's price. When I got there for the tire replacement, they were very friendly and courteous. The whole process (tire replacement and alignment), took about 3 hours, but free Wifi and a comfortable waiting room helped me pass the time. When I got my car back, another tech asked me what I thought of my ST with its new tires, and actually listened to my thoughts on the subject. Never once did I feel like I was being talked down to, or patronized. Being female at a car dealership, this means quite a lot to me. more

I absolutely love Mike Erickson he is such a professional and personable service manager. Just dropped in got a oil change and my car washed, oil change was priced right. more

They did a thorough service including multi point inspection and tire rotation with my oil change. It was all done quickly and I was able to get on with my day. more

Great Service 2/20/2014

I called ahead to see if I needed to make an appointment. The person who answered was not helpful and told me that an appt was not necessary. However, when I showed up, unannounced, I was told that an appointment is usually needed. Once with a service associate my experience was very good. He was helpful, down to earth, had a teachers approach to helping me. I greatly appreciated the time he took with me. I will go back but I will make an appointment next time. more

The mechanic and the computer geek. 2/13/2014

How many mechanics does it take to fix a transmission? One, but he has to be a computer geek. And they have them at Harris Ford. I had some trouble with the automatic transmission not shifting smoothly. It turned out to just need a software upgrade. Isn't modern tech wonderful? And these guys did it fast, spot on, and with a car wash too! Go figure. :-) more

The oil change went very well - but we were told our brake fluid looked dirty... we just had the brakes done here a while back . Why didn`t you clean it up when you replaced them?? WE had the brakes COMPLETELY re-done. more

Need for review 2/9/2014

Can you please rethink your rebate program for The Works package. Can you not offer the rebate at the time of service? It is not very compelling to reward loyalty for the customer to have to go on line to apply for it, then trsck, then look for it in the mail for an extended period an then wait to redeem it. more
