Fixed the computer issue with constant alert messages and cleaned and washed the car. They even picked me up when the car was ready. more

Excellent customer service in service dept. 1/28/2014

Mike Erickson.. he has been taking care of my 2009 Lincoln MKS since it was born there. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to assure the car is properly repaired. The car got hit on the front drivers side and was in a shop (recommended by insurance) for three months! After several tries and two trips back they could not get the head light right. Mike came to work early while it was still dark out so he could see for himself the problem, and BAM, he knew what to do and fixed it sooner than expected and it was still under warranty. The windshield sensor wasn't right, Mike handled that perfectly too. Mike is the only person I know I can trust with my car. From the littlest light bulb in the back seat to making my Lincoln a safe and smooth running machine. One of the things I appreciate most about Mike Erickson is his awesome communication skills. He is a true asset to your team at Harris Ford. Thank you. Betty Jo Burrell more

Great salesman in Mike. Once we found the car, very knowledgeable. I knew what I would pay, made the offer and instead of doing the back and fourth 5 times how low my offer is and below invoice, blah, blah, blah, Tom took my offer. Easy and fair. I think I good deal on top of a rare pleasurable car buying experience. more
