Responded immediately. Arrangement with Enterprise reduced cost slightly. Gave an accurate estimate. Completed work quickly. Washed the car and cleaned interior. Did not vacuum the trunk. Overall satisfied with the work and time of completion. more

My first service visit (vehicle bought new about 6 months ago) was well handled. Mike, the service advisor, was very friendly and helpful. Easy access w/o my car to where I wanted to go via the Harris shuttle and driver. I'll be back. more

amazing friendly service 12/19/2013

I had my 2013 Ford Fiesta in for its second visit regarding the automatic transmission. Mike (service manager) was friendly, informative and exceptionally efficient. I hope Ford can fix the 1st gear problems with these wonderful cars. Mike and Harris Ford did a really good job but I believe it is a design flaw and needs a recall. I don't know if it is fixed for good but I have no doubt that Harris Ford's design department did the best they could. Thanks you guys make a great team. more
