There All Day With No Food 4/3/2014

OK, we bought two cars. There was a lot of waiting. We had not eaten before arriving because we were just going to "look". Decided to buy two cars after being there about an hour. Once the process got started, there was a lot of waiting. Every time I tried to leave to look for food, I got called back to the dealership to deal with purchases. I'm satisfied with the deals and the cars. I just remember being very hungry and never being able to get a real meal to settle my attitude. more

Pleasantly surprized to get my car washed and vacuumed with an oil change!!!!! 4/3/2014

At my first-time oil change, I asked if the windows could be cleaned. They not only cleaned them but also washed and vacuumed my vehicle. What a great service to provide because it isn't my most favorite thing to do!! more

When I walked in the door everyone was attentive. I got in quick and they kept me updated with what they thought needed to be repaired. They gave me the estimated cost so I could make a decision whether I could afford it or not. No surprises. more

Transmission Stuttering on Acceleration 3/19/2014

Had problem with 2012 Fiesta transmission. Stuttering on acceleration. Did it when we bought the car in 6/2012 and got worse. Ford finally had a fix and it drives like a charm now. Shame on Ford for not notifying oweners of a fix to a problem they were aware of. Thanks to Harris Ford for fixing it in a timely manner. more

Good service so far 3/19/2014

Good service but they forgot to click my floor mats back in place and when it was raining I didn't notice when to sit down and slipped a little luckily all that happen was me landing on my rear in the seat but that to me is annoying that they I know had a pain taking it out and didn't even try to put it back in more

honest and trustworthy 3/18/2014

My car was towed in for service due to a check engine light. When the technician could find nothing wrong or duplicate my issue, he did not charge me for any of his time or work done. I felt that this was above and beyond the service I expected and I will be bringing my car back for all of my service needs in the future. more
