Danielle provided great service. When my car wasn't going to be ready until 6 pm she arranged for a rental car, which Harris Ford paid for. She really went the extra mile for me. I will be sure to go back to her in the future. more

Easy to work with 4/8/2014

I negotiated my price via email and didn't step into the showroom until we had an agreement on price. Then, I went in to sign the paperwork. Harris Ford came in at about $100 per month less than another local dealer on a lease for my new vehicle. I was happy. The only reason that they didn't get 5 stars is because of a hiccup in delivering my new car. I got a call to say it was ready, but when I arrived at the showroom, they asked me to return the next day to pick it up. more

It would have been 5/5 stars if I hadn't had to wait 3 1/2 hours for a job that was promised to take 2. I thought that there would be fewer jobs in the middle of the day as opposed to the am and therefore my job would take less time, but not necessarily. more

I checked another Ford dealership for my 10,000 mile check and they were $20 more expensive. The guys at Harris are good at that they do and always quick. more
