Excellent work 3/15/2014

As always, Harris Ford has completed work on my Ford Escape and did excellent work. They corrected the problem, they kept in touch with me, they worked in a timely way, and they are very nice. PS I love my Ford Escape. more

THE WORK WAS DONE IN MY TIME FRAME AND IT APPEARS TO BE DONN CORRECTLY.The only concern was the interior was left a little the dirty but was taken of the next day without hesitation.Being a tech myself I know things happen. more

I would have to say that had to be one of the easiest car sales I have had. I went in with what I wanted and a price that I had in mind. They honored the price I wanted and stuck with that. I would recommend kelsey to anyone. She that there the whole time while a Bill got my paperwork ready. Love my bed ford focus. Thank you again. more

I wish after they did the recall on the battery they would have reinstalled the dashboard info--clock,gas gague etc. It took me a long time to do it myself. Also I did not realize the headlights had been turned off until exiting your lot. Put things back the way you found them Thanks more

Going Beyond 3/3/2014

My electrical system red light came on while hauling a trailer. I proceeded with my job, hoping the truck would keep running. It did! I took the truck straight to my service adviser, MC. Resulting testing showed my alternator was bad. But MC and his diesel tech kept looking. Upon dis-assembly of the alternator, a bad wire within the alternator was discovered. They performed a bypass procedure that worked...and saved me from having to replace the alternator. Most shops (I believe) would have simply replaced the alternator. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. more

Went in for simple rear wiper blade. Even though MC was busy - he always leaves you feeling like you are thee most important customer. Appreciate his 5 star customer service ( always!) more
