Words cannot explain how thankful my husband and I are for RMA of Texas and their staff. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in good hands. Everyone was so caring, friendly and willing to do what needed to be done to help us have our little family. We are currently 14 weeks pregnant and it is because of RMA. They helped us through insurance problems, reassured us everything would be ok when my emotions would get the best of me. The class and quality of service that they are able to deliver daily is phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment with them. My wife and I are extremely grateful for the new ""family"" we found at RMA. Dr. Brown and her entire staff have been nothing short of wonderful during our entire experience with them...from day 1. They took us under their wing and treated us like we were, literally, part of their family. We are so happy that we found RMA. We are now 9 weeks pregnant and while we are so happy that we went to RMA, the only drawback is that now that the procedure worked, we have to leave them and go to another doctor for the remainder of the pregnancy. We wish we could experience the entire pregnancy with RMA. My wife and I really view the staff at RMA as part of our extended family and look forward to the future with the friendships we made there. Almost four years ago, my husband and I came to RMA after I had suffered from several miscarriages. It wasn't an easy period in my life. After my first visit with Dr. Arredondo and his staff, I knew I wanted to pursue treatment with him. Today, my husband and I are very blessed to have come to his office. My husband and I tried to conceive for 2 years before being referred to RMA by my obgyn. From the first time we stepped into the office, we felt comfortable. That was nearly 2 1/2 years ago. We have gone through a lot, but Dr. Arredondo and his amazing staff never gave up on us! They gave us hope when we needed it the most, and they knew that we would have a family one day. I am now 10 1/2 weeks pregnant and couldn't be happier! We still tread lightly, but I know this time we'll end up holding our baby by October. We knew that Dr. Arredondo was personally invested in our success--it never felt like a ""business"" transaction--even through our failed cycles, he made sure we were emotionally ready for the next cycle. We never gave up hope on the process and had total trust in him and his team. Dr. Browne and Dr. Carrera have also been so great! I can't say enough about the ENTIRE team at RMA...from Monica, to Chris, to Becca, Mandy, Emily, Tony, Tiffini...they all get to know you and you get to know them and their smiling faces. From the very first phone call I made to RMA, I immediately felt very comfortable because they were so professional and understanding. My visits were always so pleasant as the staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Arredondo has a great facility and before anything is done, he has a one on one consultation with you where he explains what the options are regarding your specific situation. I am 37 years old and my problem was that I didn't ovulate. After a series of tests, I had my first iui. When it didn't work we opted to give it another try on the next cycle and thankfully it worked!!! I am now 13 weeks pregnant with my first baby. RMA made our dreams of having a family a reality. My husband and I tried for six years to conceive a child, and after going through three OBGYN?s and two specialists we were emotionally spent and felt like giving up. Shortly after moving to San Antonio and continually driving by a building with a large sign that read ?RMA of Texas World Class Fertility Care? I felt like I had to go in for a consultation to see what they were all about. I now thank God everyday for leading me to Dr. Arredondo and his team. I got pregnant on my first IVF cycle, have a beautiful, healthy 2 1/2 year old daughter, and just found out that I?m pregnant again after doing an FET cycle. They are the most attentive, patient, and caring team that I have ever worked with, have a wonderful bedside manner, and genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Arredondo! RMA of Texas is without a doubt the BEST place to go if you are having trouble conceiving. They have the most warm, friendly, and competent staff--staff who will call you back for ANY question you might have--and within a reasonable time period, and Drs. Hudson and Arredondo are both awesome. These people know exactly what they are doing and I trust them COMPLETELY with my fertility care. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for NEARLY 5 YEARS with no luck and we had almost lost all hope. Now, thanks to the grace of God, and of course all the wonderful people at RMA, I am 10 WEEKS PREGNANT and the baby is looking great! The care I received at RMA is unparalleled to any other medical treatment I've experienced. I've been to hospitals/doctors offices as a professional, a patient & a patient advocate, but the care here is unlike any other. My husband and I just completed IVF and are very fortunate to be expecting our first child in December. Our relationship with RMA started by attending an open house to learn about all our options and their care. It was a very personal and a comfortable environment. Though there are many steps and decisions to be made along the way, RMA was always very responsive to my concerns and questions. I was always confident they would respond to my emails/phone calls in a timely manner. There is no denying that any couple facing infertility will abe faced with an ""emotional roller coaster"". RMA was always up front and very honest about our options and the steps we could take to achieve our goals. As a working professional, I found their clinic hours and flexible appointment times a tremendous benefit. I almost never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. A medical office with this type of punctuality and respect for your time is a rare find! In short, we had a wonderful experience and even if we had not received the positive outcome I am confident they would have done their best to help me discover my next steps in a compassionate way. A couple of people that hold a special place in our heart include: Trish, who took a personal interest in our success and always welcomed us with a friendly smile; Christine, who answered so many questions along the way; Monica, who was an advocate for us in getting information from another physicians office when our countless attempts failed; Dr. Hudson, for keeping her promise when she said, ""we're gonna get you pregnant""; and last, but definitely not least, Dr. Browne, for welcoming us into the RMA family, for listening, and above all else, for her warm compassion and dedication to a field of science that is making so many people very happy. more

I was referred to RMA through a friend when my husband and I were having trouble conceiving. I can say without a doubt I have never been taken care of by medical staff the way that everyone at RMA took care of me. Going through this experinence is such an emotional rollarcoaster but the end result is that I am now 8 weeks pregnant!! It was very bitter sweet leaving RMA and being released to my regular OB. It was bitter sweet finding out that my husband and I graduated from RMA to a regular OB. The staff and doctors at RMA are truly amazing and we will miss them dearly. Special thanks to Becca, Mandy, and Tricia would always helped when I needed something right away. First and foremost, we are grateful to God for blessing us with twins. We're thankful that He's given these doctors and nurses the knowledge, skills, and ability to help us start a family. Hy husband and I had a wonderful experience with RMA. They were recommended to us by a friend because of their ""friendly and helpful staff"". They definitely lived up to this! I have to begin with the receptionist, since she (or he) represents your first impression of a place. She was always smiling, polite, and helpful. Thank you Mandy. The nurses are the backbone of any medical institution. Every one of RMA's nurses was compassionate, patient, and helpful. I could call at anytime and speak with them about any concerns or questions I had. Special names that come to mind are Christine, Becca, and Monica. We worked with these women most, but really all of them are wonderful. Dr. Hudson, Dr. Brown, and Dr. Arredondo all worked together with the rest of the staff to bring us successful results. We were able to meet with them to discuss our fertility plan and ask any questions we had. We worked mostly with Dr. Hudson, but Dr. Arredondo did my transfer and laparoscopy. We are grateful to them all. Tiffini was our Embryologist during IVF. She carved out time to meet one-on-one with my husband regarding various questions he had about the growth and development of our embryos. Thanks :-) Last, but not least, are the sweet women who checked us out after every appointment, Pamela and Tricia. They were always smiling, patient, and friendly. My husband and I happened to be on a work trip when we were supposed to find out the results of our IVF. Pamela went above and beyond to track down my blood test results. Evidently the cab driver took me to the wrong clinic and I had my results sitting in some random place, but Pamela was amazing and found them! I was still able to get my results that day, even with a 5 hour time difference :) Thank you to everyone at RMA for a wonderful experience! We'll be back in October to introduce you to our little nuggets! more

I cannot sing the praises of RMA of Texas enough. Everyone from the friendly receptionist, to the RN's, to the girls that handled checking us out, and of course the miracle working doctors---everyone was fantastic, friendly and made us feel right at home. Dr. Brown is a God-send and she had the compassion of a saint. I truly feel we became pregnant because of her being our lucky charm! She explained all of our options, answered all of our questions (night and day), and always was upfront, honest, and optimistic. She is a true asset to RMA of Texas. Becca and Fredericka were awesome, so upbeat and sweet, they always made us smile! These RN's are so knowledgeable and caring, they made all the difference during this stressful time. We are pregnant with our first child thanks to RMA of Texas, it only took one round of IVF and we feel so blessed. I would highly recommend RMA to anyone who is having issues conceiving. more

My husband and I were referred to RMA by a friend with a very positive experience with RMA. We finally decided to go see Dr.Arredondo and his staff. Wow! Dr. Arredondo has an awesome team in San Antonio starting with Dr. Hudson and Dr. Browne. They are caring and understanding. The nurses and staff are excellent as well! Every appointment we had was always on schedule and they were never rushed. The entire team was ALWAYS positive. I truly believe that their knowledge, experience, positive attitude and our faith got us to now be expecting twin boys on our first try at RMA!!!! The doctors, nurses and staff at RMA of Texas are caring, understanding, and hold your hand through every step of the process. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for almost 2 years when we came to RMA for help. Despite charting my cycles for over a year, and both my husband and I getting a full fertility work up, no one could tell us why we seemed to be having such a hard time conceiving a child. All the tests came out fine, we were timing intercourse, but for some reason it just wasn't working. It was a very frustrating experience, but RMA helped us through it. Initially, they recommended IUI with Clomid, Ovidrel and Progresterone, but when I expressed concerns about multiple pregnancy, Dr. Arredondo suggested using Letrozole instead of Clomid to reduce the chance of multiples. On January 3rd, we did our first IUI cycle, and have been blessed with a pregnancy! I'm now 8 weeks pregnant. We had 2 Ob ultrasounds at RMA, giving us some first glances at our baby, and we were even able to hear the hearbeat! Now I've been released to my regular ObGyn, but will miss the staff at RMA. My husband and I are overwhelmed with joy and very excited about this new chapter in our lives. more

This was our second time around doing IVF but first time with RMA. we were so pleased by everyone who was involve in our case. We love love Dr. arredondo.. He is very inteligent. He was there ever step of the way to guide us through. We are so very appriciative of the whole staff. They were very informative about each pt. and their conditions. We always got answers with one phone call. They were very prompt with returning our calls. RMA's finance dept. is excellent. They helped us with all of our financial needs.
