The care I received at RMA is unparalleled to any other medical treatment I've experienced. I've been to hospitals/doctors offices as a professional, a patient & a patient advocate, but the care here is unlike any other.
My husband and I just completed IVF and are very fortunate to be expecting our first child in December. Our relationship with RMA started by attending an open house to learn about all our options and their care. It was a very personal and a comfortable environment. Though there are many steps and decisions to be made along the way, RMA was always very responsive to my concerns and questions. I was always confident they would respond to my emails/phone calls in a timely manner.
There is no denying that any couple facing infertility will abe faced with an ""emotional roller coaster"". RMA was always up front and very honest about our options and the steps we could take to achieve our goals.
As a working professional, I found their clinic hours and flexible appointment times a tremendous benefit. I almost never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. A medical office with this type of punctuality and respect for your time is a rare find!
In short, we had a wonderful experience and even if we had not received the positive outcome I am confident they would have done their best to help me discover my next steps in a compassionate way.
