After 2 losses in a row, I decided to be proactive in researching specialists who could help me have a family. After careful consideration, and after reading positive reviews, I set up an appointment with RMA just a few weeks after my last loss. I was able to have been treated by both Dr. Arrendondo and Dr. Hudson. Both were incredible beyond words. They answered my questions thoroughly, and both were completely approachable and responsive. I emailed questions on a few occasions, and both personally called me the same day to address my concerns. It's hard to find doctors who take questions seriously these days, but to have found doctors to answer your questions...quickly...on their own time, without having to schedule an appt...is a true blessing. They understood my anxiety, and through it all were sensitive, and treated my husband and I with respect. Both doctors also promoted working with me ""naturally"" before trying IUI/IVF. Instead of recommending IUI/IVF as my first option, they recommended a ""window"" for trying to conceive naturally before turning to alternatives. I'd assumed that since this was their ""business,"" that we'd only be given the option of reproductive assistance. But I quickly learned that I was wrong. Their ""business"" is to help people try to have families, however that was best achieved. My blood work was monitored, and was put on medication to manage hypothyroidism and some other issues. I was told if I naturally conceived I would be put on a protocol that would help address my health issues. I'm happy to report that in month 5 of my 6-month window, my husband and I conceived naturally (it took 3 months of my 5 for me to ovulate). We are now 10 weeks along, and have seen a healthy baby and heard strong heartbeat every week since week 6! I would definitely recommend RMA to anyone hoping to have a family and having difficulties. The doctors and nurses are wonderful, caring, and empathetic. They have been a blessing in our lives, and I'm sure they'll continue to be in many others. more

After the 3rd miscarriage, we were referred from our OBGYN to Dr. Arredondo. From the day we walked into RMA, we felt relaxed. Dr. Arredondo was not only concerned about what he thought could benefit us, but he was concerned about how we were doing Emotionally as well, after our Roller Coaster we were on with trying for #2. From that moment on, I knew he was the right DR for us. The First Cycle we had with RMA, we got Pregnant and Dr. Arredondo did what he needed to do to help my Baby stay with us and it did. I am now 16 Weeks Pregnant and could not be happier. I highly recommend RMA/Dr. Arredondo & Dr. Hudson, they are Amazing, their Staff is super Sweet and should we decide to try for number 3, we will definitely be going back to RMA!! more

After much research and living in the Virgin Islands, we decided that RMA would be the best fit for us as we have family in San Antonio and there are no IVF clinics in the VI. Dr. Hudson prepared us before we arrived through video conference to explain the IVF process and answer all of our questions. Monica and the rest of the staffed always emailed me back right away when I needed something or had questions. With every appointment we were always treated with warmth and care by Dr. Hudson and the rest of the staff. Everybody is very professional and attentive to you. It seems like a family there as everybody genuinely caring and sincere. Needless to say, we got pregnant on our first IVF cycle thanks to Dr. Hudson, Dr. Arredondo and the rest of the staff! I am almost 8 weeks pregnant now and owe all thanks and praise to RMA Fertility Clinic for this wonderful blessing! more

My husband and I had been seeing a fertility specialist for some time and I was quite discouraged. I found RMA online and the reviews were great. When I called to make an appointment, Pam was so friendly. I had so many questions and she never mde me feel like I was inconveniencing her or she was too busy for me. I made my first appointment with Dr. Hudson. She did something my other specialist had never done- she sat down and talked to us for 45 minutes about our health, made suggetions and answered almost 3 pages of questions I had prepared for the visit. It took a few tries but every member of their staff was incredible. They were all so caring and professional. It was a Godsend to find this clinic. We are 5 months pregnant now and I can't believe it. Fertility is not an easy road- the testing and needles and numerous visits plus the emotional roller coaster are eventually worth it. Don't see another specialist- this staff is better than any other you will find out there. more

From the time I was a little girl, I knew I was to be a mother. When I met my husband, I knew I was going to his wife. Early in our relationship he let me know that the chances of him having children were slim due to a childhood illness. Even as he shared that with me, I knew we would have a baby. We prayed about how we could have a child, and within a year of getting married were referred to RMA by my regular OB. Dr. Hudson and Dr. Arredondo of RMA were the first answer to prayer (and the prayers of many friends and family too). We were given all of our options, many questions were answered, and all of our concerns were put to rest. We decided to try IUI and are now nine weeks pregnant with our first baby!!! Praise the Lord - a second answer to prayer. The Drs., fertility coaches, and even the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and excited for us through the entire journey. We look forward to seeing them again in a couple years as we try for a second little one! more

I am so happy -- elated is a better word -- to say that I am expecting my first baby. This would not have been possible without Dr. Arredondo and people like Tony, Monica, Chris, and Pamela. I was ALWAYS treated with kindness, and respect -- not at all like a broken woman as I really felt at the time. Dr. Arrendondo worked with me for a year and a half. He preformed a super tough fibroid removal which changed my life. (Those who have fibroids understand.) Then we went through the IVF cycle. Our first attempt did not take. Yes, we were heartbroken, but I believed we would have a family and we stuck it out for another attempt. Success! Every step of the way all my questions were answered. All my fears were addressed. For something this personal, for something this important -- this clinic was kind to me. They geniunely wanted to see me get a big belly. They were sad when I was sad, but they put together a new game plan for me. Then they were happy when I was happy when we heard the heartbeat. Seriously, what more can you ask for? Kindness. Professionalism. And most of all hope when there was none. more

I can't emphasize enough how blessed we are to cross paths with RMA. My husband & I have been trying to have a baby for 4 1/2 years already. After 2 Infertility Specialists & many medications/procedures we were ready to give up. Right when I was going to give up I did a little more research & came across RMA online. I read about them & decided to give them a call. I spoke to someone on the phone for about 30-45 minutes without even being a patient. They were so patient & just wonderful with me. I was so impressed that even the Dr. came on the line to address some of my concerns. I told my husband about my great experience & we decided to give it 1 last shot.
