Admittedly, I am a exercise junkie. I've done it all. yoga, pilates, aerial classes, so when I heard about gyrotonic I had to try it. Now I am hooked. It seams like everything I have done prior just prepared by body and mind for this. The workouts are so challenging mentally and physically. Every motion: lifting my arm, leg, head etc., relates back to my core. It feels wonderful and I am getting much stronger then I thought I ever could. What more can I say then I love it and I think everyone can benefit from the body awareness and motion that gyrotonic teaches.
