I thought I had done every fitness trick in the book. Group classes, pilates, even step aerobics (girls do you remember what we used to wear to class??). A friend told me about this studio and gyrotonics, I knew I had to try it! Now 4 months into sessions I am taller, stronger and I am doing things with my body I didn't know possible.
I take private sessions but the studio also has group classes on weekend. Simply wonderful!
Pros: Beautiful space, Sunlight, relax atmosphere
