What can I say, I love this place! I have tried it all: Yoga, pilates, kettlebell. I like it all but this workout combines elements of everything I like. I leave a session and feel relaxed, refreshed and like I had a great workout. It's slow at first, but stick with it as the first few times you do it are just baby steps.
Pros: Great workout, Stretch and core work at the same time
Cons: Need Equipment so its hard to do at home
