Would recommend Gene Johnson to any company or household 9/27/2012

Our company has been highly satisfied with all work that Gene Johnson plumbers have performed. They are timely, professional, and competitively priced. Not over-priced, not under-priced, "just right" priced. Just last night, we had to put a call in for a plumber, and they were able to come right away. I can count on ANY of their staff to provide a comprehensive bid, to share their knowledge (meaning, explain the work to be done in a manner so that non-plumbers can understand), and to keep a clean work site. I would strongly recommend Gene Johnson Plumbing to any company or household. You just can't beat the quality of workmanship or the price. more

Friendly Service 8/31/2012

There was a clogged drain in my house and I had Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating come out to fix it. It was a partial success. Partial because they will have to replace some pipes. It's a much bigger expense than I was expecting, so I'm just putting it off for now. The service person was very pleasant. He explained what the work entailed and he was upfront about the cost. more

I will always go to them for plumbing 8/24/2012

I had Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating come out twice in the last couple of weeks. The first call was to replace an older toilet with a low-flow toilet. The second call was to install a gas water heater. Both jobs took less time that predicted and both times they were prompt in getting here. more

Job Well Done 8/20/2012

Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating put in copper pipes underneath my house. They also did some work under the sink and worked on the bathtub pipes. Carlos was very professional and he did great work. There was a lot of rerouting done on the pipes. Consequently, there are holes on the walls and I have a lot of patching up to do. more

We have a plumber we like at Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating, Woody. he is very congenial and always willing to do a little extra more, and not charge. We are well pleased with his work, and always ask for him when we want serice done. He is prompt in getting out as soon as he can. Woody is very friendly, and we get along really good. more

My experience with this company has been very good 8/8/2012

I recently called Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating for two projects. One was to replace a shower head. The other was to repair a bathroom fixture. In both instances they were very responsive and quick to get here. The plumbers were efficient and explained everything clearly. I'm very satisfied with their service. more

Good for furnace. 8/3/2012

The people at Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating are very responsive and nice to deal with. My experience with their service on my furnace has been excellent, but their pricing on plumbing is too high. I decided not to use them for plumbing. Customer service has been very good, the phone is always answered and the two service men I have dealt with were nice. Overall very positive. more

Prompt service but disappointed in price 8/2/2012

I've made two recent calls to Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating. One was to have a replacement stopper put in a toilet. The other was to fix a leaking waste stack. The work was fine but I thought it was overpriced the for amount of time the repairs took. more

Great service. 7/10/2012

I was very happy with Carlos from Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating. He did a wonderful job. He knew how to do the work I needed, and he got it done. He was thoughtful as well. I have a triplex and was worried about the tenants, but he was able to work around them and make sure everything was fine. He knew my concerns and took them into consideration. I thought he was very kind and thoughtful in relation to the tenants and did a really great job. I can't recommend them more highly. more
