There was a clogged drain in my house and I had Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating come out to fix it. It was a partial success. Partial because they will have to replace some pipes. It's a much bigger expense than I was expecting, so I'm just putting it off for now. The service person was very pleasant. He explained what the work entailed and he was upfront about the cost.
