This is my experience. In no way am I trying to defame or slanderize F.H. Furr, I am simply giving my account. I live in Woodbridge, VA. On Sept 6, 2010 I was attempting to replace an outdoor faucet. Unfortunately the pipe twisted and snapped about 15 inches inside my house. Thankfully I had already turned the water off. After looking for an emergency plumber on the internet I mistakenly settled on F.H. Furr seeing as how they are a large company, they should be able to handle it no problem. One $150 emergency fee later, the plumber showed up and proceeded looking around my kitchen and bathroom trying to find out how to get to the broken end of the pipe. I told him the pipe ran into the house and toward the bathtub hookups and that to get to the pipe we needed to remove my fiberglass shower wall. After telling him several times that the water was shut off when I was doing the work, and the location of the broken pipe, he finally agreed that the pipe must run behind the bathtub. My show
