I had to take a day off from work for a $12,000+ installation of a furnace and A/C unit. A few days later I noticed a problem. Had to take another day off from wok for the rep to diagnose the problem and order a replacement part. I told him at the time that I did not want to take a third day off from work for the part to be installed. When the part came in, they told me they did not do Saturday appointments for installations. The rep said she would need to talk with her manager and call me back. She never did. A week later I spoke with their chat representative and was told the person who could help was not at her desk, and would call back ""sometime today"". Several other emails regarding my rebate have also gone unanswered. I have had a service agreement with Furr for some time now. Apparently that counts for nothing in the service department.
