Review content:
We purchased our new Lennox HVAC System through a FH Furr and Costco deal. It was a great price with the rebates. The installers did a professional looking job. Everyone I have ever spoken with at FH Furr has been super nice. That's the great part. The terrible part is they cannot get my AC working. Purchased in March 2011, they first fired up the system and had to return a couple of times to tweak it that summer. The following summer with a pregnant wife at home, they needed to fix what was never properly done the first time. Never fully satisfied with the performance, they ensured me it was running to spec. Okay. Well when I fired it up this year, same exact issues. Now the labor warranty is expired and they want me to pay for them to look at the problem they never fixed right the first and second time. Beware.
