We were foolish enough to pay the $14 per month for premium service, so that part is definitely our fault. The rest of the tale includes a faulty part being installed on our furnace (which broke three weeks later) and then waiting over a week for the faulty part to be fixed. In fact, we are still waiting. Oh! We also got to wait while the WRONG part was ordered and we also got to hear today that our part was in but that they were not able to find a technician to come and install it. Really? After a week? They seemed a lot more interested in coming out for repairs when there was a chance of getting paid.
