Stay away from this company. I moved into my townhome about a year ago and since the previous owners had dealt with F H Furr (there were F H Furr stickers all over the water heater, HVAC, and they had tags on seemingly every water line I could find) I decided to call them about a maintenance contract for my HVAC system. Over the phone, it sounded fine - only about $14 per month and they would come out twice a year and check my system. My system was twelve years old and I knew that it was likely showing its age, so I did expect that they would find some things needing service beyond the normal maintenance call. The technician that showed up was very professional, even to the point of putting on little shoe "booties" (company policy) so as not to mess up my carpet. After about 20 minutes of looking at my system he had made a list of service "issues" that he said needed to be done.
