Best Pizza In The Country! 8/27/2010

I have had Ed & Joe's Pizza since 1973 when they only had the little carry out and pizza delivery. The dad ran the place with the help of his two son's. The pizzas were always the same superb tasting hand tossed pies. The delivery was always fast and friendly. As were the owner and his son's when you picked a pizza up. My family and I moved to the Seattle area in '79 where they don't have a clue what a good pizza is! ""Clueless In Seattle"" So when I come home to Midlothian (will always be home!) once a year to see my folks, Ed & Joe's is a must that even my folks enjoy. I am glad to see over the years and my trips home, that Ed & Joe's is so successful. I make sure my waitress always knows where I have traveled from and how much I enjoy that taste! LONG TIME TRADITION 8/27/2010

the best pizza in the southland.When family visit from out of state and even when family that is still local it is one place for pizza when we are the house in mokena or travel to tinley park to dine in it is worth the trip.Taco pizza the favorite for all for over 18 years we would travel to tinley to get our fix but honestly dont stop at the pizza go for the pasta the beef samwiches and the entertainment is just as good when i heard they were comign to mokena i was liek awesome Mike Clark does an awesome job in all catergoires because he knows what his customers expect and wnat thanks Mikey more

Best Pizza In Mokena 8/27/2010

I first tried Ed & Joe's Pizza (Mokena) in the winter of 2010. Since then, it is the only place I order pizza from. \r The pizza is outstanding, both thin and deep dish. I've tried their burger,chicken sandwich and chicken wings and they're all excellent. They have the best blue cheese dip I've tried. \r Their prices are quite resonable, especially with all the money saving coupons they send you. A very friendly staff as well.\r I'd definitely recommend this restaurant with complete confidence. more

Ed & Joe's Pizza 8/26/2010

We Moved to Mokena about three years ago. When Ed & Joe's opened and we tried it we could not have any other pizza. We order from Ed & Joe's at least once or twice a week. It is by far the best pizza I have ever ate. But don't take my word for it. Try it yourself. I have turned all my neighbors on to it. Thanks Ed & Joe's for making the best pizza ever, now I am hungry and think I will order a pizza now. more

Best Thin Crust Pizza 8/26/2010

My husband has been searching for a replacement for Dale's Pizza in Kankakee. We have never found anything close in our area. Ed & Joe's was recently referred to us, we tried it, and it was fabulous! Within a week my husband was asking to try it again. We visited the take-out restaurant in Mokena and are looking forward to a visit to the Tinley Park location very soon. Try it, you'll love it! more

Ed & Joe's offers an amazing variety of GREAT PIZZA in a cozy atmosphere located in historical downtown Tinley Park just a convenient stone's throw from the train station. Life Long Favorite 8/25/2010

Ed & Joe's has been the favorite in our family since I was a child. The crispy crust and yummy toppings are always fresh and leave us planning our next trip in. We don't let a week go by without the great tast of Ed & Joe's. This place (and the Mokena spot) is a pizza place you won't want to miss !!! more

Best Pizza in Tinley Park 8/25/2010

We've lived in Tinley Park for three years and have hit every single pizza joint in town, trying to find the best pizza. It is our opinion that Ed & Joe's is the best pizza in town. Two pizzas, in particular, stand out: taco pizza and the ""Sinatra"". Taco Pizza is packed full of all the taco goodness you can imagine while the Sinatra has spinach, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and a very unusual (but yummy) cheese topping. My favorite salad is the harvest salad with strawberries and walnuts. If you eat in the restaurant, the service is good and the food is top notch. The take out pizza is very good and a traditional once a month treat for our family. Their catering is also wonderful. Be sure to sign up for Ed & Joe's newsletter for specials. more

Rehearsal Dinner 8/25/2010

WE had our reheasal dinner here. The food was OUTSTANDING. I have never heard some many truthful compliments in my life everyone loved the food. They offer more than just pizza. I would recommend Ed & Joes to any and everyone. We have eaten here many time before. They offer character nights for kids. This is a restaurant that really goes out of its way to please their customers. more

Consistently Good Food and Good Service 8/21/2010

We love having a really good Italian restau rant ""in the neighborhood."" The pizzas and Italian foods are excellent, but do not ignore the fish dishes. The tuna sandwich is yummy with a generous portion of tuna. And, the fish specials are really to die for--creatively cooked with wonderful sauces. Get ready to wipe up the last bits with your bread! more

Great Evening & wonderful Food - You should try! 8/13/2010

I visited here with a bunch of friends and we had a wonderful time. The salad was outstanding, dressing was homemade - I later found out. The pizza was Amazing! The service was over the top - very attentive to our large party needs! After dinner we enjoyed drinks from the bar! I would suggest to anyone to try this place as we had a great time! more

Love Ed & Joe's 8/13/2010

I visited Tinley Park with my wife earlier this year, we live on the southern coast of Maine. We ended up at Ed & Joe's and had a wonderful meal. Our pizza was cooked perfect, we like it a little well done. Our server was very attentive and quite helpful, It definitely felt as though we were in a family run establishment. After dinner, we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar and spent some time enjoying the locals. They run some great cocktail specials and the bartender looked like she was having fun with the crowd. I don't get to Chicago very often, it's just nice to eat at a local establishment and feel like you belong. more
