I visited Tinley Park with my wife earlier this year, we live on the southern coast of Maine. We ended up at Ed & Joe's and had a wonderful meal. Our pizza was cooked perfect, we like it a little well done. Our server was very attentive and quite helpful, It definitely felt as though we were in a family run establishment. After dinner, we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar and spent some time enjoying the locals. They run some great cocktail specials and the bartender looked like she was having fun with the crowd. I don't get to Chicago very often, it's just nice to eat at a local establishment and feel like you belong.
