I have joined gyms and done workouts on my own, but Custom Fitness Concepts is a nice break from having to motivate yourself to do the work. I was looking for something different to do when I found them online, and I have been training with them for a year now. What I like about Custom Fitness Concepts is that you have the group mentality with one instructor helping out and giving you ideas.
Some people might look at the price and shy away because gym memberships can be cheaper, but prices for one-on-one training are higher. With Custom Fitness Concepts, you get the benefit of having a personal trainer because the instructor is able to work with individuals in the group setting.
At times, I have not been able to go to the classes as often as I had hoped because of my work schedule, but the trainers are very personable and communicative outside of the workouts. So, even if you do not make it to the workout, they email and check in with you. It is a very open, communicative atmosphere that they have created.
